Ingredients for 4 people

  • 1 kg of lamb chops
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 gr breadcrumbs
  • 2 lemons
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • olive oil for frying

Pour the eggs in a bowl with salt and beat them, then dip the cutlets one at a time.

Put the bread crumbs in a tray and bread the meat after it has been dipped in eggs.

Put the olive oil in a frying pan and when it gets very hot fry the cutlets.

Once cooked, place them on a plate which has been covered with paper towels.

Serve with a slice of lemon
