The  residence of  16h Century  offering  cooking classes, private dinner or lunch  is also the  headquarters of Cultural Association Percorsi con Gusto. is located in San Gemini, Umbria  an hour's drive from Rome, two from Florence, forty minutes from Perugia, also very close to the ancient city of Orvieto with its famous Duomo , where you can enjoy a mix of Romanesque and Gothic art. Another  famous city is Assisi, the city of St.  Francis and St Claire, famous for its Basil where you can admire the paintings of Giotto. Todi, the medieval town known all over the worldis just 20 minutes and also Deruta a small town that owes its fame to the pottery is very close. Don't forget to visit Marmore water Falls, the highest fall in Europe.   San Gemini is a medieval town of 4 thousand people which stands on the ruins of a small settlement  from the Roman period along the route of the ancient Via Flaminia. it is located in the province of Terni in southern Umbria, and is includedin the famous wine producing area of Amerini Hills . The town is beautiful and well-kept and is characterized by the fact  that is divided into two districts.  The day of the patron fest there is a medieval competition on horseback in the famous " Joust delll'Arme" which gives life to historcal re-enactments involving all citizens. San Gemini is well known for the properties of its water, rich with natural minerals, and for the archeological sight of Carsulae, a true open air museum bearing witness to ancient Rome
