STUFFED PEPPERS

  • 300 gr of ground beef
  • 150 gr of ground pork
  • 30 gr grated parmesan
  • 2 yellow peppers
  • 2 red peppers
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 gr of smoked cheese
  • 10 leaves of basil
  • crumb of wet bread
  • salt and pepper

For the recipe of peppers stuffed with meat and cheese, peel the peppers and remove the seeds.

Mix the chopped meat,eggs, parmesan cheese, crumb of wet bread,salt,pepper and the leaves of basil chopped.

Fill the peppers with this stuffed and a  slice of smoked cheese.Bake them at 180 ° C for 20 minutes. 

They must be brought to the table preferably warm.
