 Ingredients for 4 people

  •  8 slices of pork cheek
  • 50 gr. of butter
  • 4 sage leaves
  • 1/2 cup of white vinegar
  • 4 slices of bread

Brown the slices of bacon in butter with sage leaves.                                                                                                       Turn the slices over and fry briefly on the other side. Remove the sage, pour over the vinegar and turn up the flame for a moment, to evaporate the liquid.                                                                                                                                   Turn off the fire and serve hot with slices of bread (toasted, fried or buttered).
