FRIED ZUCCHINI FLOWERS STUFFED WITH SMOKED CHEESE AND ANCHOVIES

 Ingredients for 4 people

  • 12  zucchini flowers
  • 90 gr. rice flour
  • 33 cl.  cold B+beer
  • 33 cl. sparkly water
  • 200 gr of smoked cheese
  • 4 anchovies
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying

 Wash the zucchini flours well and dry with paper towel.  Prepare the flowers and fill with diced mozzarella and anchovies. Prepare the batter.  Sift the flour and mix with the beer and the waters, mixing constantly with a handheld beater.  Heat enough oil in the pan and fry the flowers after dipping them in the batter.  In 3 or 4 minutes when cooked use paper towels on a  plate for draining off the excess oil. Put salt and pepper before to serve it
