Ingredients for 4 people

300 gr. Ladyfingers

4 Egs

400 gr. Mascarpone cheese

100 gr. Sugar

250 ml. Coffee

Rhum(2 table spoon)

Bitter cocoa powder (enough to)

Break the eggs and separate the whites from the yolks

Put the egg whites in a bowl. Work in another bowl, the egg yolks with the sugar and fit to foam, then add the mascarpone and work with a wooden spoon until a smooth cream which is added to the liquor. Whisk the egg whites and add to the dense cream with movements from the bottom up.

Pour the cold coffee and sugar already in a bowl and dilute it with a  water.

Dip the biscuits one at a time quickly, otherwise discarding. Make a layer of biscuits in a roasting pan, put on a layer of cream and then another biscuit. Finish with the cream and place in refrigerator. Before serving, sprinkle with cocoa powder.
