Percorsi con Gusto offers 4-hour cooking classes with flexible formats: for individuals, groups, or even tailor-made experiences.
The common thread? Learning seriously… while having fun.
The goal is to go home with the skills to confidently recreate every dish prepared during the lesson.
Learn and Have Fun

Technique, Tradition, and a Neapolitan Touch
During the courses, special attention is given to the fundamentals of Italian cuisine: fresh pasta, doughs, sauces, ragù, and desserts.
With a special focus on Neapolitan pastry — a tribute to the Campanian roots of the hostess.
A Chef, a Teacher, a Passion
Leading each course is Lorena Autuori, founder of Percorsi con Gusto and the true heart of the project. A teacher by profession, she brings an infectious passion for cooking and an endless curiosity for the art of well-made food.
Trained at ALMA – The International School of Italian Cuisine led by Gualtiero Marchesi, Lorena is a chef-teacher who loves sharing her knowledge and technique. Each lesson is tailored to the guests’ preferences, exploring the rich world of Italian cuisine with a focus on simple, high-quality dishes that can be easily recreated at home.

An Authentic Experience in San Gemini
The courses take place in a 17th-century residence overlooking the main square of the Umbrian village of San Gemini.
Upon arrival, guests find everything ready: carefully selected and prepped ingredients, fully equipped workstations, and all the essential tools at their disposal.
The experience begins right away—no time wasted.
