Ingredients for 4 people

  • 300 g pulp of pork
  • 300 g sweet bread
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion
  • 0.5 liters red wine
  • 400 g boiled beans
  • 4-6 slices of rustic bread
  • Salt and pepper

 Chop the onions and garlic very finely, sautee in a pan with hot oil to fry slightly. Then add the pig pulp and the sweet bread (cut into little pieces). Let this saute slowly and mix occasionally. Then turn up the heat and add the wine and allwo to evaporate for a minute before turning down the heat again. Add the salt and pepper, cover and cook until the meat becomes tender. Once tender add the beans and allow to cook for 10 more minutes. Serve hot with the slices of bread toasted.
