PASTA WITH PUMPKIN AND BACON

For 4 people

  • 350 g fusilli
  • 300 grams of pumpkin
  • 100 grams of bacon
  • 200 gr of smoked cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 50 grams of parmesan regiano
  • salt and pepper
Preparation

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the finely sliced ??onion.

Add the pumpkin, cut into small pieces and cook gently, adding hot water if necessary. Add salt and pepper.

When the pumpkin is cooked, place it in a container and blend well.

While pasta is cooking, fry the bacon, add the cream of pumpkin. Add the the pasta when it is cooked ?al dente? and blend well combining smoked cheese and Parmesan?.

For a surprise effect served the dough into a previously emptied pumpkin!
